    Here's the confusing thing...all the banners were up-sized and saved at 1024x224 pixels, but the forum currently displays smaller than that.

    I would assume the 1024x224 is the best choice?

    I need some help.
    I'm trying to submit a banner but when I press the "Manage attachments" button it says: "you do not have permission to access this page"
    Can you help me to submit it?

    why do the same banners display all the time ?
    is it random? are they all not saved somewhere? is it a specific cycle each week ?

    We disabled attachments. Upload the banner somewhere and PM it to an admin.
