Editing Details:
Here is the proper chronology of films including these edits.

Nightmare on Elm Street, Nightmare on Elm Street 3-5, Final Nightmare: The Horror Cut
Friday the 13th, Friday the 13th Part 2, Friday the 13th: The Long Night At Camp Blood
FvJ

**Note: Long Night At Camp Blood is a direct sequel to the fanedit "Friday The 13th: The Legend of Crystal Lake" by TeresofBlood (Dan Lovetere). If you can, watch "Legend of Crystal Lake" instead of Friday The 13th and Friday The 13th Part 2 (if you plan on doing a mega-marathon using these edits).

DISC 1 - Final Nightmare: The Horror Cut (by juice4z0)

I wanted to take the fucking Power Glove out of this movie and make Freddy scary again.

DISC 2 - Friday the 13th: The Long Night At Camp Blood (by Neglify)

This is a fun mash-up movie using my favorite F13 sequels, The Final Chapter and Jason Goes to Hell. This edit follows right after Friday the 13th Part 2, with Jason alive and still hungry for blood.

DISC 3 - FvJ (by NegaJuice)

This picks up where Final Nightmare: The Horror Cut and The Long Night At Camp Blood left off. Freddy Krueger manipulates Jason Voorhees into doing his dirty work so he can rise up from Hell and continue his reign of terror.

BONUS FEATURES –

Did we mention the finale of Freddy’s Dead is in 3D? And that all 3 movies have commentary by Juice and Neg? And that there is a 4th disc with plenty of bonus features?
Cuts and Additions:
*SPOILERS*

Final Nightmare: The Horror Cut

- Removed as much over-the-top dumb Freddy humor as I could
- Ending is in 3D, via branching

Friday the 13th: The Long Night At Camp Blood

-New intro sequence recapping Friday the 13th Parts 1 & 2
-The bestest sex scene from all F13 movies makes up the pre-credits kill sequence
-After the credits The Final Chapter is used for the remainder of the edit
-Cut the beginning of Final Chapter showing the aftermath of Friday the 13th Part 3 (since that movie doesn’t exist in this universe)
-Cut all discussion of George McFly being a “dead fuck”
-Deleted the hitchhiker
-Outtakes used a couple times for gorier kill shots
-Cut mention of Jason escaping from the hospital, since I cut that out
-New ending

FvJ
-Freddy vs. Jason has been reframed to 1.78:1
-New beginning sequence
-Over-the-top Freddy humor cut throughout
-Various trims to dumb shit throughout
-A couple deleted scenes added
-Footage from other Friday the 13th films have been added to make it feel less like Jason is a bit player in a Nightmare sequel
-New ending

I finally got around to watching these edits. I will confess upfront that I am a casual horror fan at best. My parents successfully kept the slasher flicks away from me. As an adult, I tend to be able to only watch movies (such as the Saw series) once or twice. I'm squeamish only if I know what's coming. I only acquired both the Nightmare series and the Friday13 series in the last few months and have been slowing working my way through them.

I really enjoyed the Horror Cut. The goal of removing the over the top comedy from Freddy was really well-done. I just watched the theatrical yesterday, so it was easy for me to see what went missing. We didn't get any of Spence's dream, which felt odd, but the cheesiness of it isn't missed at all. Freddy wasn't "scary" so much as he was "evil", and I think that's all this movie could hope for. I chalk this one up as a success, and I'm sure it'll be used in marathon sessions.

The Long Night At Camp Blood is an interesting one. I watched the theatrical of Final Chapter a couple of weeks ago, so the differences aren't as sharp for me. I did like the different opening and pre-credits scene taken from Jason Goes To Hell. I don't really feel it's fair to call this edit a mashup. The bulk of the movie is a very well-trimmed version of Final Chapter. The characterization of Jimbo works a lot better without the "dead fuck" angle, and he comes across as a horny, nervous virgin who couldn't even get laid by "BJ Betty". The only confusing part from the perspective of the narrative is that there's no explanation of how or why Jason started wearing the hockey mask. I enjoyed the ending.

Freddy vs Jason isn't a great movie, but it's pretty good. I just watched the theatrical for the first time. There wasn't enough of Jason doing Jason things. I did think it was odd that he made the one kill in the house and then left. Doesn't seem his style. I don't think there was enough of Jason building fear in the community between Freddy's first, failed attempt to kill and the second. Jason has never moved quicker than he does during his fight with Freddy. I was glad to see moar Jason in the edit. I appreciated the improved pacing. I would have liked to have seen him kill more before Freddy made his move at the rave. I liked the tightened up, less silly fight at the construction yard. I thought the ending was a bit... well, I don't know quite what to think of the ending. I assume it makes sense to a more serious horror fan. Is that Robert Picardo? He's the bomb. I liked the flashes of all the other franchises during the credits. I liked this one as well, and it will probably be my go-to version, simply for taking out the dumb stuff.

Final Nightmare: The Horror Cut (by juice4z0)
I’m going to be honest. I’ve only seen Wes Craven’s Original Classic, Freddy vs. Jason, and the awful remake. The first Nightmare movie and Freddy vs. Jason are awesome but somehow I never felt like I needed/wanted to see the rest, so I didn’t. But I felt that I should see this fanedit if I was going to see the other two, you know out of respectful to juice4z0, and also to experience FvJ the right way in the right order. Anyway, since I haven’t seen the original cut I can only say that everything looked good audio/video and no cut was noticed. Also want to mention that the 3d section was integrated nicely (watched that part with my F13 part 3d glasses)

Commentary: Juice is stoned and Neglify keeps saying “Fuck yeah Dude!”

Memorable part:
49minutes in...
Juice4z0: You have a hard on for this guy.
Neglify: I know right, fucking Parker man, my boy.
Juice4z0: Is he even still alive?
Neglify: Probably, let me check, hold on.
Juice4z0: It’s hard to say, Michael Clarke Duncan died the other day.
*sound of keys being typed*
Neglify: Yeah he’s still alive.

Since this is Juice4z0’s fanedit he does most of the talking.

Friday the 13th: The Long Night At Camp Blood (by Neglify)
This was a good edit but not as good as the original cut. Actually IMO there is nothing in Part 4 that should be cut (the computer don’t lie) but the added ass and gore was nice.
I never liked Jason Goes to Hell so the new beginning I didn’t care much for (the only thing that's watchable in JGtH is the pre-credits and the Freddy cameo) but the part Neglify added featured four boobs (two on each girl) so that's four points right there.

Commentary: They discus everything from nudity, inserting penetration in future fanedits, 70s bush, nudity, Jamie Lee Curtis looking like a dyke, the fact that Kimberly Beck hasn’t done nudity, idea of editing a porno, nudity, the fanedit and finally they talk about some nudity.

Yeah I almost forgot, they also talk about boobs.

FvJ
This is the best edit of the three and probably the only one I’ll see again.
The new opening is very good. Putting more Jason into it makes it feels more like a vs. movie. Not a Nightmare movie featuring Jason. Not a big fan of the Part 8 material though (worst part of part 8 IMO) The new aspect ratio helps separate this from the original cut and makes the movie feel fresh.
The new ending opens the door for more vs. movies by having Freddy and Jason being part of the same universe as other horror icons (as a side note: I haven’t seen the movie that you used for the ending)

Commentary: (unfortunately) NegaJuice spoils (for me anyway) that the girl in the shower, is a body double. Fuck.

Memorable part:
8 ½ minutes in...
Juice4z0: This is still all about Freddy...well at the moment it’s all about those tits.
Neglify: And that ass.

DISC 4 (bonus disc)
FAP FAP FAP FAP FAP

The only minus for me is that there aren't any chapters. And that's something I missed.

Freddy's Dead:
Man the original movie is just hilarious and I love to watch it drunk with friends. Still when I first watched the entire series in one run I liked some ideas of Nightmare 6 - the strange village, the madness in springwood, freddy bending reality. it was not nearly as scary as the original Nightmare but better than freddy just returning and killing.
So i really liked some aspects especially if you watch it as part of a franchise - because for some reason when watching a franchise in one sitting you are more inclined to look at the things you like than look at the terrible things

With that I must say that Juice has pretty much distilled those ideas from the overall idiocy. No gaming, no chalkboard and so on. The acting unfortunately can not be edited to oscar-level so a few idiotic moments have to be here because otherwise the plot won't work.

With the over the top nature gone a few creepy things remain that are originally buried beneath the powerglove. Such as the creepy earpiece or the very disturbing rapist father.
Because 1.5 major dream sequences have been removed there is a bit where the plot has a notable jump because we don't see the overly elaborate kill. Still it kinda works and what i like is that the dreams are played more like a mystery. in the original the kids fall asleep, are chased through an overlong dream and then killed only to be found by the others.
Here the kids vanish into the dream world and we like the suriving protagonists have no idea where the others are until something strange is happening. So it feels much more like a suspenseful movie than the over the top mess that was freddy's dead.

My only real criticism would be the ending. Because the Freddy vision is restored there is the moment when Kathryn gets the 3D glasses. The ending is done via seamless branching so that one can choose at the beginning of the movie between freddy vision or no freddy vision. I would have liked that the 3D glasses would have been removed from the ending not featuring the freddy vision as it really takes on out of the movie. The glasses were originally just there to tell the audience when it was time to put on their 3D glasses and this effect gets lost if one is just watching it in 2D.

The movie is still no movie on par with nightmare 1,3 and 7 imo but it is a much more streamlined product for a marathon franchise viewing.
Still for a fun-drunk night nothing beats the original

The Long Night at Camp Blood:
I kinda feel bad that I can't say that much about this edit than I could about Freddy's Dead but the Friday series never engaged me that much as the Nightmare series as I found them a bit boring. But this time i just watched it as harmless fluff and had great fun with all the naughty teenagers getting killed for drinking and having sex in the woods.

There was one edit where the focus shifted towards the boy where there is a reaction shot following by a change of place and therefore I did not know in which house i was.

Other than that I really enjoyed the film and while it is dealt with in FvJ I kinda hoped that the sending Jason to hell would happen in this movie because this edit felt more like another jason movie than a tie into freddy vs jason whereas freddy's dead pretty much set up the stakes for fvj
but then again we get the moneyshot of freddy's hand in the opening of fvj so if you watch the 3 movies together it is just a matter of personal preference where you set the "end" for one movie

FvJ
Now this was fun!
I loved the original Freddy vs. Jason and i liked how they combined the two characters. sure the actors were terrible but this movie is not about the story but about this childish fantasy of "rooting" for your favorite killer - now that sounded weird.
Personally as a Freddy fan I absolutely enjoy Nightmare on Elm Stree: Dream Nemesis by Uncanny Antman so I never looked for an edit to smoothen out my troubles. So i fully embraced the new footage. Sure the style is quite different when jason is slashing in other friday movies than the blue-ish freddy vs jason look but i just went along and had fun with it.
The removal of the killer of the mother and why the boyfriend was locked up was handled nicely and while i like this storyline I had no problems with this version.

And without spoiling but I absolutely enjoyed the fresh ending

Overall the bonus materials on this edit as the edit itself are enormous, funny and sometimes pretty crazy but that is to expected with anything that neglify touches.

Cudos to both editors for such a fantastic treat!

This is probably a first in the fanediting world. There have been quite a few collaborative efforts but this is the first time I know of two established editors fusing themselves DBZ-style to create one edit, both of the halves physically working on the same files. And the result is wrapped, along with individual efforts, in a 4-disc fully loaded package of horrifying fun, that even creates its own universe. But let's go step by step.

Disc 1 is Freddy's Dead: The Horror Cut by Juice4z0. Gosh, is the original for this a truly dreadful movie. I remember blind-buying the VHS back in the day because I had seen the original Nightmare not much earlier and fallen in love with it. Without having seen any of the previous sequels, so unaware of what Freddy had become, I popped this on my VCR and... let's just say that if a picture of my face had been taken while I watched, it would likely be a meme today. So what does Juice do to rescue it: The obvious treatment, of course. Cutting back imbecilic humor, in which is the most fanfix-y of the edits in the pack. Is it a success? Yes and no. Yes because what was gouge-your-eyes-out awful is now bearably awful, and no because most everything about it is bad and there's so much a fanedit can do, nothing to do with Juice's abilities. I agree with others in that Freddy is still not scary, but everything from the makeup to the way he's lit prevents this. So, yes, given the circumstances this is an absolute winner. I would have liked to see a few more bad lines and silly moments excised, though. While Juice has a point in saying that if you remove too many the characters lose their personalities, said personalities in this one never go anywhere beyond stereotypes, so it wouldn't be that big of a loss. Editing itself was well done. A couple of the audio transitions were a bit off, fading to or from total silence for a moment, but I guess there were tricky stray bits of music there.

Disc 2 - Friday the 13th: The Long Night at Camp Blood by Neglify. Unlike the former, this was pretty much pure FanMix, designed more to make it fit better in the alternate universe these edits create, than to fix anything beyond tightening it a bit. The original is a great little slasher, and so is the edit. The tweaking itself was completely invisible.

Disc 3 - FvJ by NegaJuice, the aforementioned hybrid editor. The biggie. This is a bit more FanFix than Long Night, but still largely a FanMix. I don't think much of the original Freddy vs. Jason. Of course, anything after Freddy's Dead or the idiotic Jason X would have been an improvement, but to me it just felt like these two characters got stuck in a cliched post-Scream neoslasher (for the record I like Scream, what I abhor is the trend it created). This version, in the Fix department is pretty much the same than Freddy's Dead Horror Cut, removing the worst offenders but still not going as far as I would have wanted. I, for once, would have loved to see the caterpillar gone, at least the bong part. How's that scary? Not to mention it's an awful-looking cartoon. I got a kick out of seeing the credit for it at the end, though... The FanMix angle goes in two directions: one is adding more Jason, who was sorely lacking in the theatrical version and makes for a much more well-balanced narrative, and the other is the ending, which is bold brilliance IMO. NegaJuice took a risk and got a winner. However, you need to have seen a certain movie in order for it to work, otherwise the ending will be a big WTF. (Don't worry, it's something you've likely seen if you're a horror fan.) Again, the editing itself was perfect.

Extras: Lots of fun. Depending of how you like the editors, the commentaries may be pure awesomeness or rather annoying, or both at the same time. (Me? Can't help it, I love these guys.) Disc 4 is packed with goodies. I'll just say two things: they went with the right ending for FvJ as the two alternates were just overkill, and anything that uses the Rage Comics Fap Guy as a rating system is impossible not to love.

A warning, though: discs 1 and 3, and a couple of the extras, will look "squashed" when played on VLC, likely due to wrong export aspect ratios. They'll play fine on Media Player Classic and on just about any TV set, though. And they look good otherwise.

Now, I wonder if NegaJuice will ever be back. (Of course he will! These guys are impossible to permanently kill off, aren't they?)

I really liked this release.
3 fanedits very well presented, by two faneditors with a common goal. I like the spirit of that.

- Now starting with Freddy's Dead: What a crappy original movie it is... I mean, a lot of people think that Freddy 4 was a very bad movie,
but it was the first of the serie that I saw (and in theater) and I really liked it back in the day.
Now I see it's a crappy movie too (!) but Freddy 6 is the real stinker. This movie is IMO unsalvageable but Juice succeded in making it watchable.
I can't honnestly say that Freddy is scary again in this version, but Juice removed the most silly parts and it works wonderfuly.
There are certain parts where I felt some shortcuts were taken storywise and it ends as a bit rushed but I was entertained by a nostalgia feeling (something that I can't say about the original one) and I'm surprised I kept watching it till the end... It was not a given!
All in all: "Final Nightmare: The Horror Cut" worths a watch if you really love this series of movies, but don't wait for the impossible, it is still the worst (IMO)

- "Friday the 13th: The Long Night At Camp Blood" is a great version of "The Final Chapter" mixed with parts of other entries of the series (more sex scenes is always good).
It does not change the whole thing, but it's a good "Part 3 alternative" since this movie now follows part 2, and you also have a bit more blood.
Loved the ending. Good work.

- "FvJ": Complete success. Less silly, while still funny. More Jason screentime makes a better balance between the two characters.
The goal here is in a way the opposite of Nightmare on Elm Street 7: Dream Nemesis, a fanedit by Uncanny Antman where the goal was to make it a new entry in the Freddy's saga.
I like how both fanedits are taking different roads and are both working good.

The extras are great, I'm sure all the commentaries are fun (I only listened to half of FvJ's commentary, but I had a good time listening to Neglify and Juice. I'm sure I'll finish it soon).
Nice to have the 3D option for "Final Nightmare" :)

A great "fanedit pack"
