Brief Synopsis:
This DVD contains 8 short FanEdits that follow the "Show, Don't Tell" rule of storytelling.
Intention:
Once again faneditors reunite to bring you several short fanedits following a specific theme.

This time the rules were:

- No dialogue, no spoken words (except in very rare cases, but should not be understandable).
- No text cards with dialogue.
- No text cards telling what happens or what happened.
- 15 minutes max.

- Rêverie by Rogue-theX. (12:40).
A fanedit about the dreamy relationship between a writer, his characters and his muses.

- I Am Will Smith by Leeroy. (12:09).
Will Smith is trying not to go insane, alone in a desolated city.

- Carry That Weight by njvc. (14:33).
The story of the Beatles told with various old video recording and still pictures... and music!

- The List by Hebrides. (15:08).
Harrison Ford and Christopher Plummer are on a mission during WWII, behind enemy lines.

- Death Tango by TMBTM. (10:24).
Harrison Ford thinks his wife is cheating on him and sneaks around to find the truth.

- Schism by Neglify. (13:10).
You never know what's on the mind of those kids today...

- The Journey of Superman by g1orkatsos. (13:28).
The first mission of Superman.

- Reunited by Adabisi. (9:00).
A father with a broken heart tries to survive every day life.

The List by Hebrides. -good drama, but I found the 'silent' speaking frustrating. 6/10
Death Tango by TMBTM. - Very clever narrative drawn from different films. 8.5/10
Schism by Neglify. - Very moving. The silence adds to the tension effectively. 9/10
The Journey of Superman by g1orkatsos. - Great! Also better than the actual film. 9/10
Reunited by Adabisi. - Perfect. The silence felt natural, and the story was strong 10/10

Just watched the dvix of this. Very entertaining!

The Journey of Superman didn't do it for me.

What a great consecution this was. Marvel was the big fun franchise series, this was the artistic "thinking man's" series.

What a great consecution this was. Marvel was the big fun franchise series, this was the artistic "thinking man's" series.

My favorite edits were "The Journey of Superman" and "Reunited". And none of them were outright duds in my eyes.

This was the breath of fresh air the consecutions needed.

I thought this was a great collection. Interesting concept and some very well done shorts. Lots of fun to participate in and watch. Easily one of my favourite consecutions. Standouts are The List, Schism and Death Tango.
