Thought lost for many years, Orson Welles unfinished 1938 silent-comedy 'Too Much Johnson' was recently rediscovered (Yes funny title isn't it).

The kind people at the 'National Film Preservation Foundation' have painstakingly restored all the found footage (66 mins) and added a score. They've also created a (34 min) "fanedited" version with it's own score and intertitles, which they call 'Too Much Johnson: Reimagined'.

The best news is they've uploaded both for free in HD (720p) and made them available to download. So we can all make our own "Reimagined" versions of this lost movie .

Check out the NFPF website and the film here.

We have completed our planned reset of all users passwords. This was done because the site had recently come under attack by bots trying to circumvent members with weak passwords. To ensure the safety of our users and the site we felt it best to force all members to update their password to something more secure. New passwords require a minimum of 7 characters and must include a mix of uppercase and lowercase letters as well as a number.

Bleeding Cool has an article up about seeing a fanedit of the first two Hobbits films. No specific title is given, so we're not sure if it's one listed on our site, but it's still nice to see fanedits shown in a positive light. Be sure to check out their article.
