Week of September 9, 2018 – New Fanedit Releases

This week we have four new fanedits for you to check out, two of which are from first time faneditors.

Star Wars: Episode VIII – The Last Jedi: Anti-Cringe-Cut by DonKamillo – This cut removes the whole side plot on Canto Bight and focuses on the journey of our main heroes. It further changes the fate of some key characters as well as their motivations and lets them shine in a new light, providing some surprises for viewers of the original film along the way.

Frozen: Flashback Edit by Raki – If you know the Frozen backstory inside out then this version might not be for you. This version is also not ideal for young kids as they may not enjoy flashbacks. But if you have never seen Frozen or forgotten most of the plot (or wanted to watch it with a friend that hasn’t seen it yet) then I think you might find this version somewhat more powerful than the original.

Deadpool 2: Extra Super Duper Cut by juice4z0 – I loved Deadpool 2 in the theater and when I saw the ‘Super Duper Cut’ I enjoyed the longer scenes and some of the new jokes. But I liked a lot of the jokes and music from the theatrical version better. So my goal is to merge them and cherry pick the best aspects.

Power Rangers Zeo: Good As Gold – The Scorpion Rain Edit by Zarius – As part of the 25th anniversary celebrations, I have put together a new Power Rangers Zeo fanedit. It’s the season finale “Good as Gold” with it’s climatic battle radically altered so that the Zeo Rangers face off against Lord Zedd and Serpenterra.
