First time submission form missing

Hi, I clicked the links in the FAQ to the first time editor's form but the link seems to be broken.
 
What FAQ? You might be referencing an old page/thread that is no longer valid. On IFDB, you should have a User Menu and in there you can click on First Time Faneditor Submission.

Yes I've been to that link and this is all that is there. The "submit" pic is not clickable if it's supposed to be.

I guess it's not very clear. Just contact DominicCobb with your submission and he'll get it queued to the Academy.
 
Should that image should be replaced or removed if people think it indicates interactivity when there isn't any?
